Do you have a physical shop, or do you sell online only?

Atsuktuvas.lt sells online only. There is no physical storefront and no customer pick-up point.

How quickly do you deliver?

In-stock items are dispatched within one working day of payment. Couriers then usually deliver within 1-3 working days. Products ordered directly from supplier warehouses take longer, and the expected term is confirmed before ordering.

Is delivery free above a certain order value?

No. Delivery is charged on every order. The cost depends on weight, size and destination and is shown at checkout.

What warranty applies to the tools?

Consumers receive the 24-month statutory guarantee provided under Lithuanian law. Legal entities are not covered by that statutory guarantee unless separately agreed.

Can I return a product, and within how many days?

Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under Lithuanian law and return the goods for a refund.

Do you sell wholesale or offer discounts to car repair shops?

Yes. Wholesale supply is available for large-volume and regular customers, and discounts are offered to large accounts. Enquiries: info@atsuktuvas.lt

Do you have the item in stock, and when would you ship it?

Stock levels are shown on each product page. In-stock items are dispatched within one working day of payment being received.

Do you ship outside Lithuania?

Yes. Shipping to other EU countries is available on request, with delivery costs agreed for the destination.
